Terry R Sandmeier and Terry Sandmeier

Terry R Sandmeier has been with Geneva Park Outfitters since 1986 and Terry Sandmeier has been guiding for Geneva Park Outfitters most of this time. We have helped hundreds of clients take their trophy of a lifetime!

Most of our hunts are pack-in on horseback; tent camps in elevations of 10,000 to 12,000 ft.


Geneva Park Outfitters ranch is centrally located near three different wildernesses areas. So if you're looking for archery, rifle, muzzleloader, or pistol hunt with a wilderness experience we will have the right place for you.

We offer quality hunts.
All our hunts are out of Colorado's top quality hunting units for Elk, Mule Deer, Bighorn Sheep or Mt. Goat.

The Elk area we hunt has a very high bull to cow ratio and low hunting pressure, with bulls scoring up to 350 B/C points. This is a non-migrating herd, so you know there will be elk in the area when you hunt. Our guided clients have had a 80% success on 5x5 and 6x6 bulls.

We hunt Mule Deer in the same unit. This is timberline hunting at it's best. You can expect to see bucks in the 25" to 29" ranges. Our clients success has been around 70%.

We guide out of 7 different Bighorn units. Our clients have enjoyed 90% success on older mature rams 3/4 curl or better, with the average ram scoring 170 B/C points.

We have 5 different Mt. Goat units to guide in. Our hunters take billys averaging 9" and many are up to 11". Our success has been 99%.

At Geneva Park Outfitters Terry R Sandmeier and Terry Sandmeier believe in good game management, so we spend much of our off-season working with the Colorado Division of Wildlife and sportsmen's groups to enhance and protect our big game herds. Terry R Sandmeier has work for the Colorado Division Of Wildlife for 3 years and voluntered for the Colorado Division Of Wildlife for 17 years. Terry R Sandmeier was also a volunteer board member of the Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society for over 20 years. Terry Sandmeier has been a volunteer for since he was 12 years old to wildlife conservation projects. Some of the other conservation groups we have belong to are the Colorado Outfitters Association, Rocky Mt. Elk Foundation, Safari Club International, the Foundation for North America Wild Sheep, and National Rifle Association. We are also bonded, insured, and reg. # 732 with the Colorado Outfitters Reg. Office. We are under permit by the U.S.D.A. Forest Service in the South Platte, South Park, and Clear Creek Ranger Districts.
